Shipping is free and you get to keep the one you tried on!  Zero hassles.

If the first pair of underwear you tried on doesn't fit snug as a bug, we will give you a voucher so you can shop for the perfect fit.

If you ordered more than one item and you want to swap the rest for your size, please don’t open or try the other items on. Return the rest of your unopened items for an exchange or voucher.

Our guarantee is only valid for the first item you opened and tried on.

You will receive your voucher via email.

If you have purchased multiple pairs and intend to return the rest, please do not open the pouches, or try them on.

Once you have opened or tried them on, we can’t refund or exchange these due to hygiene reasons.

You can request a voucher for the item if the size isn’t perfect.

Your voucher will be emailed to you at the email address you used for your original purchase and is a single use voucher.

The voucher is not transferable and is for your use only.

Unopened pouches still qualify for exchange or vouchers as per consumer acts but will need to be returned and received by us first for processing.

The Perfect Fit Guarantee is valid for 30 days from receipt of the order.

Franklees has the right to refuse to provide a voucher should we deem it necessary and is at the sole discretion of Franklees.

Consumer rights and laws in your country or territory are valid and will supersede any provisions of our T&C’s should there be difference.

Any Shipping costs for your original order are not refundable, but you won’t pay shipping for the new item you order.
