Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns 30 days after purchase.
You can do so for any reason – even if you simply changed your mind.

The items must be returned unopened & unworn. For hygiene reasons underwear that has been tried on is also deemed as worn and cannot be refunded or returned.

Sale Item Policy

Sale items are final sale and cannot be replaced if the desired size is unavailable. If a replacement is needed, an alternative available print may be offered at the same price.

Should there not be an alternative print or style available at the same price that you originally paid for the item you received, you may either pay in the difference or you can return the item for a refund at the clearance sale price. You may also select a different style or print at the same price as a replacement or pay in any difference should there be a price difference.

Before receiving any replacement, the original purchased must be returned.
Please consult the size guide carefully before making your purchase, as sizing may vary across different ranges. Ensure accurate measurements for the best fit.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for shipping costs for all returns.

Please inform us at hello@franklees.co.za that you intend to return the item so we can keep a look out for the return and expedite your refund or replacement.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as underwear bottoms that have been tried on or worn.

Any Packages that have been opened.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns gift cards or final sale items.

Franklees reserves the right to determine that an item or items have been worn and therefore do not qualify for a refund or exchange due to Hygiene reasons.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will provide you a single use voucher so that you shop your replacement item at your leisure.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit or refund into the same card or method you paid with.
